How We Can Help

Assessment

At Insight 2 Impact we are trained and certified to administer and debrief a wide variety of assessment instruments to help our clients understand how they see themselves and how they are perceived by others. These assessments are in the broad areas of 360 Degree Feedback; Personality, Strengths, and Personal Preferences; Influence and Communication; Conflict Management, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship.

While we will professionally administer and debrief one or more of these assessments for our clients, our experience shows a demonstrable increase in dedicated focus on developmental goals and behavior change when feedback is paired with one-on-one coaching support. We would recommend a minimum of 2-3 one-hour coaching sessions following feedback debrief.

Career Coaching

Planning for a long-term career can be daunting… selecting a college and a major, identifying internships or advanced degrees, interviewing for your first, or next, role… with each transition we make in life new doors open and new interests emerge.  How does one decide?

A career coach can become your compass in planning for and navigating those changes as they occur. Let us work with you to identify your strengths, interests, and passions. Through career coaching you can build the skills and harness the personal presence needed to chart, or change, your course.

Transition Coaching

Career transitions can often be difficult for experienced executives who have had a track record of success in other environments. Research indicates that up to 50% of transitioning leaders fail within the first 18 months of accepting a new role. The cost of one failed senior-level transition can be many times more than the senior leader’s salary.

With this in mind, we provide Transition Coaching for leaders who have recently joined or are in the process of joining a new organization, being promoted to a higher level role, or taking on a significantly bigger set or responsibilities. For maximum effectiveness our work typically begins within the first 30-60 days of employment, promotion, or significant role change. Utilizing a set of transition specific resources our coaches work with newly hired executives to create, and execute, a 4–6-month plan to effectively accelerate their transition and avoid common mistakes that can derail success.

Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching is a partnership between a coach and a leader in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the leader to maximize personal and professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation of personal, professional, and/or business goals supported by a strategy and action plan to achieve those goals.

When working with a leader we will typically determine the best assessment and feedback process/tools to help generate insight for the leader. In our experience, an organization’s most senior executives are dealing with more complex individual and organizational opportunities and challenges that require lengthier periods of coaching. Based upon the level of support requested, Insight 2 Impact offers coaching sessions in 3, 6, 9 or 12-month engagements. Duration depends upon the goals the leader is seeking to attain, and the degree of change required to achieve their desired outcomes.

Group/Team Coaching

Working with diverse groups of leaders, or in-tact leadership teams, is one of the most effective and personally rewarding services we provide. Whether a group is from one company or many, in one location or across many, know each other well or are in the initial stages of formation, we will assess team dynamics, provide helpful resources, and offer coaching support that enables people with shared purpose and common interests to function cohesively for the long haul.

This service is often paired with individual 360 Degree Feedback and members are supported individually while also participating in group coaching activities. The duration of Group/Team Coaching is determined by the current state of the group/team’s familiarity and functioning as well as their stated goals for enhanced effectiveness.

Pre-Marital Coaching

Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts (SYMBIS) Coaching is a process of assessment, feedback and coaching that couples can go through with a Certified SYMBIS Coach. It provides insights into how their personalities & preferences mesh and supplies the couple with useful tools and coaching in the areas of importance like: Your Money Methods; Your Fight Types; Your Love Life; Your Talk Types; Your Deepest Longings and much more.

Once the couple completes the SYMBIS assessment online and receives their workbooks this is where coaching begins. We offer three options for how we can work together. They vary based upon the couple's wedding date, how much time they can devote to the coaching process and their budget.

What People Are Saying

“Our experience with Insight 2 Impact was outstanding. Monty & her team worked with us for over two years and our leaders remarked about the difference the coaches made in their lives both personally and professionally. In these chaotic times, having a trusted advisor with whom to process everyday challenges is essential. 10 out of 10, Highly Recommend!!”

- Chief Operating Officer, Private Trust Company

“I benefited immensely from the leadership coaching sessions with Monty. She challenged me to courageously confront some underlying beliefs and assumptions I harbored that actually have little to no evidence in reality. I appreciated that challenge. The biggest value for me in our engagements was that her questions reflected her understanding of my situations, confirming that she listened attentively, not just to respond but to deeply understand, and kept challenging me to further stay curious about my reflections. There was something special, warm, and inviting about her body language, her smile, the tone of her voice, the cadence of her speech that makes one feel immediately and unconditionally supported, not judged in any way or intimidated to share something so intimate, embarrassing, or painful which I might not have shared even with my loved ones.”

- Head of Talent Management, Federal Government Agency

“In my sessions with Monty, we focused on challenges in my current position and my professional goals. She helped me make sense of what I learned in the Leadership training and how best to apply those learnings to my current work challenges. To help me work on my professional goals, she challenged me to think differently than my typical approach and pushed me to put in writing what experiences I want to have in order to take the next steps of my career. Monty is a thoughtful listener and made sure she captured the details relevant to our conversations. Each time we talked, she recalled our previous conversations and was diligent in following up on action items we agreed on in those previous sessions. She kept me accountable to what I committed to working on in between sessions, which was helpful since it is easy to put aside professional development goals when so much else is going on at work.  I highly recommend Monty’s coaching sessions and can’t say enough good things about her!”
